Shipping and Handling (Domestic USA)
Standing domestic shipping and handling varies by weight. Standard shipping should arrive about 5-7 business days from when you receive the shipping notification email. Your tracking number will be included in the notification email. You can also track your order at our Track Your Order page with your email and your order number.
You can upgrade to priority shipping for $10. Priority shipping should arrive within 3 business days from when you receive the shipping notification. Priority shipping is priority shipping only, not rush order. I do not offer rush order at the moment.
Shipping and Handling (Internationally)
Worldwide international shipping is available. International shipping is based on the weight and the location the package is going to. Customs duty is paid by the customer. Please keep that in mind when placing the order.
All orders can be cancelled 100% if you contact me within 24 hours.
Orders for resin pieces cannot be canceled after 24 hours as production starts immediately.
If there is anything wrong with your product, there is a 30 day return policy starting from the day your package is marked delivered in the tracking. Contact me via the contact form or send me an email at email@example.com and I will assist you.
If your product is damaged upon arrival, keep all original packaging and contact me immediately. Without the original packaging, you will only be able to receive a 50% return.
You will be responsible for the return shipping for all other returns and the item must be sent back unopened, in the original packaging. Molds must be wrapped in the plastic wrap and shipped with the cardboard packaging to prevent issues during transit. Once I receive the item, you will be issued a refund of your order minus the original shipping cost. The original shipping cost for orders with free shipping is $5. The original shipping cost for upgraded shipping orders is $10 (the price paid for shipping).
